You will need to do a basic food hygiene assessment that takes no more than an hour or two – this is completed online.

Must have access to own vehicle as you will be taking food from Parkfields in ‘hot-boxes’ to Westoning lower school - Mileage will be paid for transportation between schools.

Assist in organising all food to be delivered to Westoning and ensure all items are stored in the correct transportation boxes.

Delivery of school lunches and other lunch items to Westoning.

Recording temperatures of delivered food and filling out the Safer Food, Better Business Pack.

Setting up the dining hall – including putting tables and chairs out.

Serving children and staff.

Washing all service equipment, plates, cups and cutlery after lunch (equipment can be returned to Parkfields the following day).

Cleaning the kitchen area – wiping down all benches, sink area, dishwashing area, sweeping and mopping the floor.

Training will be provided by a member of the Hobbs team.

An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.

Uniform & PPE will be provided.
